Back Office Junior Account Assistant

The company, with a network of both national and international clients and suppliers, offers a comprehensive range of food and beverage items, cleaning supplies, and high-quality materials and services tailored for crew and guests alike. The ideal candidate is collaborative, results-driven and flexible. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong foundation in order management, supply coordination, and client support.

Main duties and responsabilities
  • Order and Supply Management: handle order processing, track deliveries and manage supply needs to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Client and Supplier Coordination: act as a bridge between clients and suppliers, maintaining clear, professional communication and efficient coordination.
  • Product and Supplier Sourcing: proactively research and identify new products or suppliers to support inventory growth and diversity.
  • Receiving and Documentation: oversee merchandise receipt and manage documentation, including unloading and processing transport documents.
  • Inventory Monitoring: track stock levels to prevent shortages and anticipate supply needs, adjusting orders to align with seasonal peaks.
Requirements
  • Fluent English: strong command of English to communicate effectively with international clients and suppliers.
  • Experience: background in hospitality, food and beverage, retail (GDO), or a similar field is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: high level of accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
  • Client-Oriented: demonstrated experience in customer support and supplier management.
  • Availability and Flexibility: willing to adapt to seasonal demands and work increased hours as necessary during peak seasons.
  • Proven proficiency in using Excel and basics of ERP software.
  • Driver License (B).
